This is the menu I have developed for the 'PRO' version of my website. Basically there's gonna be 2 versions; PRO for clients, and SHO for display etc. You can check out the later here: [link] , although there's still a lot more to be done. I'm trying to keep both interfaces similar in look, with similar colour schemes.
With this design, I'm trying to keep things simple, and the file size down. 50k for the menu is ok, but I was hoping for 40. The .swf will target an iframe, so that should keep thing nice and neat.

This loads quite quickly on my shitty modem, so I think it's ok.
but i think you should use a lighter colour when you're selecting something so ppl don't have to squint
yeah it's the lighter shade of orange whilst you're selecting something from the dropdown list. the highlight needs to be brighter
